Mechanical treatment
Since 2008, the technological possibilities of our enterprise has become wider thanks to foundation of the new subdivision, an instrumental production unit.
Part processing is performed at the highly productive milling and processing centre with programmed control Micron — VCE 800 PRO, produced in Switzerland. Moving along the axes 800x500x500 mm, processing in three axes, processing in four axes since April 2008.
The main purpose of the sub-division is producing press molds for casting using consumable models and mechanical processing complicated shape-generating surfaces from the materials with hardness up to 50 HRC, copper electrodes, small lots of products requiring milling and boring.
In 2008, the number of machinery equipment will be increased.
